1. Order Processing

​​Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

​Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

For pick up orders, you will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Pick up must occur during business hours.
2. Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping. Estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process.

Local pick up at Big Rock Coffee in Chesaning MI.

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary based on your location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs:
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
- Free local pick up.

​For any order under $75, we charge a flat fee of $7 for standard shipping. You always have the option to upgrade shipping at your own cost

You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided in the shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our website or the courier's tracking system.
5. Delivery Issues:

​We are not responsible if your order is delayed or encounters any issues during transit. We are more then happy to help resolve any issues, please contact us at shopwalknwander@gmail.com and we will try to help the best that we can.

6. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

​It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly or incompletely, resulting in a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages:
- ​Walk and Wander is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect that your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information. For stolen packages, we recommend filing a report with local law enforcement.
8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery:

​If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed, refused), the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) will be issued.
